The Merc Homebrew Kombucha

I've been brewing kombucha for a decade and love sharing this amazing product with everyone! Ditch the soda and grab something that is good for your gut. Kombucha is a mix of sweet tea that undergoes a fermentation process when added to a culture. (Mine are named Shelia and Franny). After the first ferment, I hand bottle and flavor with whatever is available, sometimes juice, sometimes a flavored tea, its fun to experiment. The second ferment allows the flavors to meld and develop. The result is an effervescent and refreshing beverage that is very low in sugar and caffeine and is actually good for you!
