Natalie’s granola 8 oz

Natalie is our grown daughter and when we moved to Utah in 2022 she made a big batch of this granola for sharing on a camping trip, it was an instant hit so we’ve been making it for the store as a homage to that moment ever since.
We add sourdough discard to the oats and give it a long ferment to make the nutrients in the oats more bioavailable and to remove the phytic acid

Ingredients: Sprouted oats, coconut, black sesame seeds, cashews, flaxseeds, sourdough discard (wheat, water), honey, brown sugar, butter, avocado oil, real salt
